CANNABIS SOCIAL EQUITY PROGRAM – REGISTRATION GUIDE AND DOCUMENTATION CHECKLIST
We strongly recommend that you gather and prepare all required documents before starting your application. Preparing in advance will help you avoid delays and ensure your application is complete.
Once you hit Submit in the system, you will not be able to change or update your answers or upload new documents. Please take your time and review everything before submitting.

SPECIAL NOTE ON WA RESIDENCY
If you provided an address outside of Washington State in your application, you must submit documentation that clearly demonstrates you lived in Washington for at least six months before registering.

Affidavits alone may not be sufficient without additional proof. We will review all submissions carefully.

WAC 314-55-570: Applicants must have 51 percent ownership and control by one or more individuals qualifying as a social equity applicant. All individuals that are part of the license registration must have lawfully resided in Washington state for six months prior to the registration date.
